Nomad: Back to office.

Back to office began on September 20th, 2021. For some, it is the first time back in 18 months but for all it is the first for the new working environment Nomad.

Where is my macro zone?

The CFDT participates in the initiative of welcoming employees back. If you work 1,2 or 3 days a week in TW, we appreciate you taking 3 minutes to provide your confidential feedback on what you found satisfactory and identify areas for improvement. We can also be contacted directly for any concerns not covered, questions or suggestions (all, including “full remote” staff).

Transportation allowances are still in vigor

Since 20 September, the return to office saw many changing sites and as a result may have changed travel Zones and thus Transportation allowance.

Example ZONE 1 

Payslip : “IND. TRANSPORT Z1” = 30

Example ZONE 2 

Payslip : “IND. TRANSPORT Z2” = {Number} | {Amount}

{Number} = Number of days spent on-site, based on the WTS of the previous month
{Amount} = {Number} * 0,27 * {Distance (Km)}

Plan Epargne Entreprise (PEE) : Annual contribution

Every year, a personal contribution of 300€ to the PEE enables you to receive 600€ from Amadeus.

The 30 November deadline to receive your €600 maximum contribution for 2021 is approaching. To verify the amount received, simply go to your Natixis account and click on YOUR CONTRIBUTION 2021.

Suggestions :

  • Alternatively, this payment can be made as monthly instalments. I.e., a monthly deduction of a minimum of 25 €.

Amadeus gender equality negotiations

Amadeus has a legal obligation to open negotiations on gender equality, including measure for close the salary gap and improving the quality of life at work (art. L. 2242-1 &  R. 2242-2 du code de travail).

Since 2011, the CFDT has always negotiated and signed these agreements.  The last agreement of 2017 is coming to an end and negotiations were open mid-September.

The main themes are:

  1. Recruitment
  2. Remuneration policy
  3. Career paths and career development
  4. Vocational training
  5. Reconciling work and family responsibilities
  6. Communication and awareness of gender equality

Because of these agreements we have been effective in affecting changes. In particular we note the salary gaps are narrowing but there is still work to be done…

The objective of the CFDT : Achieve professional gender equality from hiring to retirement,removing the “sticky floors” and “glass ceilings”.

Did you know?

  • Chèques-Vacances: You have until 31 October 2021 to order.
    For instance, Chèques-vacances can be used to pay the telepeage in addition to vacation, restaurants and hotels… This is for a maximun of 250€ per year. The amount not used will be carried over for the next year.

Pink October: Breast cancer awareness month

1 in every 8 women develop breast cancer. Detected early it can be cured for 9 of 10 cases. Breast cancer is a concern to all women especially aged between 50 and 74.
